I am delighted, as the Head of the Leicester School of Nursing and Midwifery, to welcome you to the placement hub at De Montfort University. This placement hub is designed to signpost you to the relevant and important information to enable you to support our nursing, midwifery, and allied health professions students in clinical practice.

Our Nursing and Midwifery programmes are demanding courses designed to produce high-quality graduates and excellent future practitioners and therefore there are a number of important documents to be completed and processes to follow.

I appreciate that the role of a registered nurse or midwife can be extremely busy so I hope that this hub will enable you to access the required information easily and efficiently.
